Operation Write Home Spring Bloghop

Welcome OWH Bloghoppers!!

I am so excited to be participating in Operation Write Home's Spring Bloghop.  There are many beautiful and inspirational cards along the hop so make sure you start at www.owhstarsandstamps.org to see them all!

I became involved with Operation Write Home about a year ago after my brother became an Airman.  I wanted to be more involved in supporting our military men and women, so I started to search for an organization commited to supporting and encouraging our deployed heros. I decided to partner with Operation Write Home by making homemade cards for our military heros!!!  It has been the most rewarding and fun card making endeavor I have participated in!  For more information on how you can participate check out their website http://operationwritehome.org/

And without furthur delay.... my spring cards!!

My favorite spring card! I love the sentiment, fabric, and stiching.
These flowers have been my favorite to make lately - quick, easy, and so cute.
Here is a link to the tutorial onYouTube by DawnMcVey.

Another spring card.

And you have to have a spring card with butterflies!

Blog candy!
I hope you enjoyed my cards. Now, it's time for some blog candy!  I am giving away one coptic bound journal - perfect for drawing sketches for cards! To be eligible to win.... Leave a comment on this post and either: 1. Add an OWH blinkie to your blog OR 2. Make spring card for OWH!  I will randomly select a winner from the comments on Monday March 22 at 9am. (***If you'd like to be entered and you are NOT a blogger, please provide your email address so I can contact you if you win!***)

Now hop on over to Paula's Cut N Paste Memories blog and check out her cards!  She also has some great information on Ranger Distress Inks - so check it out!
Have a very blessed day!
